The Providence Police Department is attempting to identify the suspects involved in a homicide that occurred at Parenti Villa, also known as Tobey Manor, 25 Tobey St., Providence, R.I. that took place in August 2020.

On Thursday, 8/20/2020, at approximately 7:38 PM, Providence Police responded to Tobey Manor on a report of a shooting victim. Police located the 29 year old male victim, KADEEM MOORE, lying face down wounded with apparent gunshot wounds. The victim died a short time later at the hospital.

Security video captures a small dark colored SUV stopping in the parking lot prior to the shooting. A heavy set dark skinned male exited the passenger front side of the SUV. The suspect was wearing a white T-shirt and red exercise pants with 2 white stripes down the sides. He walks to the area of where the victim was (out of view) with his left hand in his pocket. The same male is then seen running back to the SUV carrying an object in his left hand. The suspect enters the SUV and flees the area.

A second suspect, wearing a light colored shirt, can be seen operating the SUV.

The Providence Police Detective Bureau is seeking any information regarding the suspects and vehicle regarding this homicide.
