The ATF (Alcohol, Tobacco & Firearms) is attempting to identify a male suspect involved in a B&E and arson that took place at the Snake Hill Wine Makers Association clubhouse, 180A Hartford Pike, in Foster, R.I.
On Wednesday, 5/29/19, at approximately 6:15 PM, a male suspect forced entry to the building. The suspect spent approximately 4 minutes inside and after exiting, a smoke was seen coming from the building. The cause of the fire was found to be suspicious and incendiary, according to the RI State Fire Marshal's Office.
A white Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck was observed on video surveillance prior to the suspect entering the building and departing shortly after the suspect left. The truck is further described as a white, 2002-2007 vintage, 2 door diesel with a plow package, amber color cab roof lights, side window rain guards, with an 8' bed, black tool box, and non-factory installed wheels.
A reward of up to $5000.00 is offered for information leading to the arrest/conviction of the person(s) involved.
