After his release on that date, IRVING never returned to his registered address of the Harrington Hall Shelter, 30 Howard Ave and he did not register in another jurisdiction.

A warrant was again obtained on IRVING for failure to notify police of a sex offender change of address.

His whereabouts since 3/20/19 are unknown.
