The Rhode Island State Police Detective Division is attempting to locate the below subject for failure to notify police of a sex offender change of address.

ROBERT WILLIAMS (53) is a Level 3 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in September 2018, RI State Police Detectives learned that WILLLIAMS moved out of his last known residence on Chalkstone Avenue in the City of Providence.

CAPTURED:

The Rhode Island State Police report that the WILLIAMS was captured by members of the Cranston Police Department on 10/6/18.
