The Lincoln Police Department is attempting to locate the following individuals for numerous burglaries and B&E’s during the months of August and September of this year.
Since August, 3 homes in Lincoln were burglarized during the night and early morning hours while residents were in their homes. The suspects have often gained entry through unlocked windows or accessed the home by using remote garage door openers in unlocked vehicles parked in the driveway.
IDENTIFIED - WANTED:
Suspect #1: JORGE RIVAS SERRANO (22) from Providence and previously Woonsocket
(aka Jorge S. Rivas, Jorge Serrano). He is described as a Puerto Rican male, 5'6" tall, 142 lbs., black hair and brown eyes. Tattoos: Skulls (arms)
Suspect #2: GEORGE SANTANA (23) from Providence and West Palm Beach, FL.
(aka: Javier Santiago) He is described as a Puerto Rican male, 5'6" tall, 180 lbs., black hair and brown eyes.
Previous to the burglaries, we have confirmation that the two suspects JORGE RIVAS SERRANO and GEORGE SANTANA broke into numerous sheds and garages in Lincoln. The suspect(s) are known to carry knives and fake guns (BB or airsoft guns) to scare the homeowners if they are confronted. SANTANA also has a history of auto theft and may be utilizing a stolen vehicle to commit these and other crimes.
Lincoln Police have active warrants on both suspects both should be considered DANGEROUS. They may be attempting to flee Rhode Island.
