The Cranston Police Department and Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force is attempting to locate a suspect who is currently wanted on 3 counts of 1st Degree Child Molestation that occurred between 1993 to 1994.
WANTED:
JASON R. CATONI (36) with a last known address in Cranston, R.I.
He is described as being 6'0" tall, 240 lbs, rugged build, with brown hair and eyes. He has numerous tattoos on his arms and the back of his hands.
CATONI has a lengthy criminal record and was recently released from the Adult Correctional Institution on 10/10/2016. At that time, he had a shaved head and full beard, but he may have changed his appearance since his release.
Cranston Police report that CATONI is a high risk to evade arrest and has used a first name alias of "Frank" in the past. . He may be operating a rental vehicle and may be in the company of his wife.
CATONI is considered dangerous.

On 10/14/16, the Cranston Police, Rhode Island State Police Violent Fugitive Task Force, with assistance from the Pawtucket Police Department and the United States Marshal's Office, report that CATONI was taken into custody early this morning in Pawtucket, RI.
