The Smithfield Police Department is attempting to identify two male suspects involved in the fraudulent use of a credit card and identity theft that occurred at Kohl's, located at The Crossing at Smithfield, 371 Putnam Pike, Smithfield, RI.

On Tuesday, 11/29/2016, Two (2) male suspects selected $497.36 worth of Kohl's merchandise (Apple Watch, Xbox, and clothing) and proceeded to the cash register. One of the male suspects told the clerk that he did not have his charge card with him and requested an "account look up”. This male then presented a New York License with ID #723462593. The males then exited the store with the merchandise and got into New York Registration HGR3788 and left the area.

This vehicle is actively registered out of 2325 Williamsbridge, Bronx, New York on a 2012 black Nissan Maxima.
