The Rhode Island State Police are attempting to locate a sex offender who failed to register.

IDENTIFIED:

REINALDO MARTINEZ (52) is a Level 1 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. His registered address was 10 Owen Street in the City of Providence. While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in April 2017, State Police Detectives learned that Martinez moved out of the residence and never reported a sex offender change of address with the Providence Police Department.

On 4/14/2017, an arrest warrant was obtained for Martinez. His current whereabouts are unknown.
