The Rhode Island State Police are attempting to located a suspect who failed to register as a sex offender.

IDENTIFIED:

DWAYNE L MORGAN (55) is a Level 2 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. His registered address was 708 Atwells Avenue Apartment 2 in the City of Providence. While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in November 2017, RI State Police Detectives learned that Morgan moved out of the residence and never reported a sex offender change of address with the Providence Police Department.

CAPTURED:

On 12/16/17, MORGAN was apprehended by members of the Providence and Rhode Island State Police.
