FREDERICK GIBSON (44) is a convicted sex offender who has a duty to register under RI General Laws. He has a registered address of the Harrington Hall Shelter, 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston. On 3/12/18, GIBSON was released from the ACI after serving time on a sex offender registration violation charge. That charge originated with the Cranston Police Dept.

By 3/16/18, GIBSON had not registered or changed address with the Cranston Police Dept. He did not return to the shelter.
