Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the Warwick Police Department are attempting to locate two suspects involved in a large scale fraud ring.

Both suspects have been federally indicted in the District of Rhode Island and are currently wanted on fraud related offenses. Currently, their whereabouts are unknown.

WANTED / IDENTIFIED:

1. HUGH MARTIN (33) with ties to Pawtucket, RI and Brooklyn, NY

2. SHAWN HILAIRE (30) with ties to RI, Brockton, MA and Brooklyn, NY

Both subjects frequently travel and have criminal histories. MARTIN has previous firearms charges and HILAIRE has gang affiliations.

Both suspects have tattoos on the neck and collar area.
