The Johnston Police Department is attempting to identify a suspect of suspects involved in the theft of a debit card from an 83 year old patient at the Morgan Health Center, 88 Morgan Ave, Johnston, RI.

On Friday, 6/7/19, at about 6 PM, after the theft of the debit card at the Morgan Health Center, a heavy set African American female withdrew $400.00 cash from the victim's account at the Santander Bank located at 520 Elmwood Ave, Providence, R.I. After the fraudulent withdrawal, the card was placed back into the informed patient's wallet at the health center.

It appears another person who may be an employee of the health center may have committed the theft of the debit card and gave it to the female to make the withdrawal.

The female suspect making the fraudulent withdrawal has a rose tattoo on her left arm with the characters "O J 3" underneath the tattoo.
