PATRICK SPEARMAN (27) is a convicted sex offender who has a duty to register under RI General Laws. His registered address is the Harrington Hall Shelter, 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston.

On 5/11/18, SPEARMAN was released from the ACI after serving time on a previous Cranston Police Dept. sex offender registration violation charge. By 5/14/18, SPEARMAN had not registered or changed address with the Cranston Police Dept. He did not return to the Harrington Hall Shelter.

An arrest warrant was signed on 5/15/18. His whereabouts are unknown.
