The Rhode Island State Police detective division is attempting to locate the below subject for failure to notify police of a sex offender change of address.

DWAYNE L MORGAN (55) is a Level 2 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. In April 2018, Morgan was released from the ACI and since then has failed to register as a sex offender with the Providence Police Department. It was learned that Morgan was staying at 486 Smith Street in the City of Providence.

While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in June 2018, RI State Police Detectives learned that Morgan moved out of the residence.

CAPTURED:

The Rhode Island State Police and the Providence Police have captured the suspect in this case. MORGAN was apprehended on 9/18/18.
