The Cranston Police Department is attempting to locate a sex offender who failed to notify police of a change of address.

CHARLES DAVIS (48) registered a previous address of the Harrington Hall Shelter, 30 Howard Ave. in Cranston RI.

On 7/20/18, the Cranston Police obtained an arrest warrant on DAVIS for failure to notify of a sex offender change of address. DAVIS registered the shelter address with the Cranston Police on 7/14/18 but never stayed at the shelter.

As of 8/16/18, DAVIS' whereabouts are unknown.
