The Rhode Island State Police are attempting to identify a male suspect involved in the fraudulent use of a debit card that occurred at Walgreens, 333 Atwells Ave, Providence, RI.

On 7/7/2016, at approximately 7:15 PM, the suspect entered the Walgreens and fraudulently purchased numerous gift cards with the victim's USAA debit card.

The male suspect is described as being a heavy set african american with a short beard and mustache. It is unknown at this time if he entered a vehicle.

The Rhode Island State Police report that the suspect in this case has been apprehended on 10/15/2016. He is identified as:

JUMEL JAEVON DWYER (20) from Providence, R.I.

DWYER is currently at the ACI.
