The Rhode Island State Police Gaming Unit is attempting to identify a male suspect involved in the theft of a patron's purse while at the Twin River Casino in Lincoln, RI.

On Wednesday, 9/28/2016 at 2:45 PM, an elderly female was at the Twin River Casino playing at a video lottery terminal machine. An unidentified light Hispanic male was observed discreetly taking the purse from where the elderly female was seating.

The suspect was observed entering the men's bathroom with the purse. Security later recovered the stolen purse. The elderly female victim reported several hundred dollars in US currency along with check books and assorted credit cards.
