The Mansfield Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect involved in the theft of a wallet and subsequent fraudulent use of the victim's credit card.

On Sunday, 10/15/17, a victim reported his wallet stolen after he accidentally left it on the counter at Tedeshi Food Mart in Mansfield after payment. Minutes later, a white male suspect with facial hair walks up to the register to pay for his Keno and scratch tickets. While the clerk is getting the tickets, the suspect takes the wallet and places it in his front pocket.

The suspect later uses the victim’s credit card at a Shell Station. The suspect is further described as having a tattoo on both his upper arms. He may also have a tattoo or birthmark on the outside of his right calf.
