The Rhode Island State Police are attempting to located a Level 1 Sex Offender who failed to notify police of a change of address.

IDENTIFIED:

RAYMOND WILKERSON (61) is a Level 1 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. His registered address was 42 Ford Street in the City of Providence. While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in January 2018, State Police Detectives learned that Wilkerson moved out of the residence and never reported a sex offender change of address with the Providence Police Department. On 1/19/2018, an arrest warrant was obtained for Wilkerson. His current whereabouts are unknown.

On 2/5/18, the Rhode Island State Police have reported the capture of the suspect in this case.
