The Rhode Island State Police are attempting to located a Level 1 Sex Offender who failed to notify police of a change of address.

IDENTIFIED:

TERRENCE D. LATIMER (51) is a Level 1 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. His last registered address was 16 1/2 Lisbon St, Providence, R.I.

While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in February 2018, R.I. State Police Detectives learned that LATIMER moved out of the residence and never reported a sex offender change of address with the Providence Police Department.

On 2/9/2018, an arrest warrant was obtained for LATIMER.

The Rhode Island State Police have reported the arrest of TERRENCE D. LATIMER (51). He turned himself in on 2/16/18.
