The Rhode Island State Police is attempting to located a Level 2 Sex Offender who failed to notify police of a change of address.

IDENTIFIED:

BRUCE A. BURDWOOD (33) is a Level 2 sex offender with the Providence Police Department. His last registered address was 355 Douglas Avenue, Providence, R.I.

While conducting a sex offender compliance investigation in March 2018, R.I. State Police Detectives learned that BURDWOOD failed to register and never reported a sex offender change of address with the Providence Police Department.

On 3/15/2018, an arrest warrant was obtained for BURDWOOD.

On 3/22/18, Rhode Island State Police report that BURDWOOD turned himself in.
