Warwick : Mobil Gas Station
Arianna Marks
Case Details:

The Warwick Police Department is attempting to identify a female suspect and vehicle involved in an assault with a dangerous weapon (vehicle) that took place at the Mobil, 15 Jefferson Blvd., Warwick, R.I.

The unidentified female suspect had gotten into a verbal argument with a delivery driver while in front of the Mobil.  Once the female suspect got into her vehicle, she intentionally drove over several cases of merchandise destroying the contents.  Just prior to the suspect leaving the lot, the delivery driver attempted to take a picture of the rear plate, CT registration 529-PLA.

While behind the suspect vehicle, the female driver intentionally backs up, causing the delivery driver to flee to avoid being struck.

It should be noted that there is no record on file for the plate with the CT Registry. The vehicle appears to have two black front quarter panels.

On 11/7/18, the Warwick Police Department arrested the suspect in this case.  She is identified as:

ARIANNA H. MARKS (26), from Providence, R.I.

She was charged with Reckless Driving and Vandalism.
